Answer:
By default, below is what Zendesk does.
1. Zendesk will automatically archive the ticket which has a "closed" status longer than 120 days. You still can search for that ticket, but you will not see it on interaction history.
2. However, even the interaction history with "closed" status is shorter than 120 days, you only can see the maximum of 10 interactions. There is no option to change this default setting from Zendesk.
